Clients can cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment by texting or calling the salon at 404-590-0325. No call, no-shows are prohibited and will require the card on file to be charged 50% of the service(not including processing fees). If the fee cannot be process under the card on file, you will be required to pay the no call no show fee plus a new deposit before booking a new appointment. There is only a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive after 10 minutes there will be a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
